Our relationship with open source isn't limited to repositories. Bhavdip has been actively involved in the Laravel community, participating in multiple community meetups and volunteering with Laracon India.
For us, community participation is an important part of open source. Meeting developers, helping organize events, sharing experiences, and creating spaces where people can learn from one another can have just as much impact as a code contribution.

Over the years, Infynno has provided opportunities for interns to learn, explore, experiment, and understand what working in the technology industry actually looks like. Our office has been a learning ground for many interns who wanted to understand development, teamwork, communication, professional practices, and the realities of building software for real clients.
We don't see an internship only as a short-term role. We want people to leave with more confidence, practical experience, and a clearer understanding of where they want to take their careers. Some interns have gone on to start their careers with other agencies and organizations after gaining experience with us.
If we can help someone become ready for their next opportunity, that's a contribution too.
Contribution doesn't always have to be directly related to technology.
Infynno has also opened its office and provided space for creative projects and storytelling. One example was supporting the production of a short film based on the autobiography of an ordinary person who went on to become a company founder - a story that deserved to be told.
By providing space for such projects, we help people tell stories that might otherwise remain unheard. We believe communities become stronger when businesses support not only technology but also creativity, storytelling, and meaningful human experiences.
Our contribution extends beyond developer communities. Krutik, one of Infynno's founders, is part of the volunteer team behind Gujarat Tech Expo, an initiative that brings together technology companies, industry leaders, IT professionals, entrepreneurs, and the wider technology ecosystem.
As a volunteer, Krutik is contributing his time and experience to help make the expo a stronger platform for the Gujarat technology community. We believe building a stronger ecosystem requires participation from everyone - companies, professionals, founders, developers, students, and volunteers.
The Gujarat technology community is growing, and we want to be part of that growth.
