VendoNX
From Memory & Paper to Mobile - India's Simplest Field Service Management App for Local Service Vendors.

Project Overview
VendoNX is an Infynno Solutions in-house product - a vendor-first mobile application built specifically for India's 5 million+ local service providers: RO water purifier technicians, AC repair and servicing agents, electricians, mechanics, home cleaners, and appliance maintenance professionals.
Built in Flutter with an Android-first approach, VendoNX covers the complete field service workflow: vendor onboarding, customer management, service logging, follow-up scheduling, SMS reminders, AMC contract management, invoicing, and earnings analytics - all in English, Hindi, and Gujarati. Initial market focus: Gujarat. Expanding pan-India.
The challenge they faced
India's millions of local service vendors run genuine businesses from memory, paper diaries, and WhatsApp - missing follow-ups, losing AMC renewals, and having zero earnings visibility - while existing SaaS tools are too complex, English-only, and built for office teams, not field technicians.
The User Is a Field Technician, Not an Office Worker
VendoNX is used on ladders, under AC units, and at customer premises - often with dirty hands and low attention bandwidth. Every flow had to minimize clicks, maximize clarity, and require zero learning curve.
Minimal Clicks, Maximum Action
Every critical action - log a service, schedule a follow-up, send a reminder, mark a job done - had to be achievable in as few taps as possible. Any unnecessary step is a step that won't be taken in the field.
Multilingual for Real Adoption
English-only apps fail in tier-2 and tier-3 Indian markets. Supporting Hindi and Gujarati from day one was essential for the initial Gujarat market and the pan-India expansion that follows.
Culturally Appropriate Design
The UI had to feel familiar and trustworthy to users who may be using a business management tool for the first time. Simple, visual, and action-oriented was the only acceptable direction - not corporate or dense.
Building a New Category in an Unorganized Market
VendoNX isn't replacing an existing digital tool - it's replacing paper and memory. Onboarding had to be so intuitive that vendors with minimal smartphone experience could log their first service without support.
How we solved it
Vendor-First UX Architecture
Every screen was designed from the vendor's perspective - surfacing upcoming services, due follow-ups, and today's earnings on the home screen. Tab-based, thumb-friendly navigation with large, clearly labeled actions and minimum confirmation steps.
Minimum-Click Service Logging
Logging a completed service takes under 30 seconds: select customer, service type with default pricing, confirm price, optional notes, schedule next service. Pre-filled defaults mean vendors correct rather than retype.
Default Services Configuration
Vendors set up service types once - RO filter change, AC gas refill, electrical inspection - with default pricing and next-service intervals. Every subsequent job pre-populates from these defaults.
Upcoming & Due Service Management
Two clear tabs - Upcoming and Due - show the complete follow-up queue at a glance. Vendors send reminder SMS or mark a service done in one tap, without digging through records or managing calendars manually.
SMS Reminder System
Vendors send reminder SMS messages to customers directly from the app for upcoming or overdue services - keeping their name in front of customers with a single tap.
Earnings & Analytics
Daily, weekly, and monthly earnings reports give vendors real business visibility for the first time. Upcoming earning projections based on scheduled services help vendors plan ahead.
Offline-First Architecture
Built with local caching throughout, VendoNX works fully offline. Service logs, customer data, and follow-up schedules sync when connectivity returns - field technicians never lose data or see network error screens.
Multilingual Support
Full i18n supporting English, Hindi, and Gujarati - switchable in-app with language persisting across sessions. Content, labels, notifications, and SMS messages all respect the selected language.
OTP-Based Onboarding
Mobile number signup with OTP verification keeps onboarding frictionless - no email, no passwords. Company profile setup follows immediately after verification.
Admin Dashboard
An internal web-based admin panel gives the Infynno team visibility into vendor data, usage analytics, service type management, content and FAQ management, and platform-wide reporting.
